ARTIST PROFILE

Watercolor quickly became a passion for me once I took my first class. I love how the colors mix together on the paper and the way light shines through them. It’s always a bit of surprise how things will turn out, which can be both fun and occasionally frustrating. I enjoy how watercolor can be both delicate and bold, depending on where I want to take a painting.  Overall, I just love the opportunity to create something and if others enjoy it as well, it’s that much more satisfying.

I’ve also recently started exploring pottery and it’s been fun to mix some of my painting background into that medium.

I am based in Eden Prairie, MN, USA.
